What You'll Do

  • Manage business-to-business collections and keep accounts current.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues while delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with a supportive team.
  • Escalate issues promptly to keep processes efficient.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent experience in collections, ideally B2B.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).

Schedule & Location

  • 100% in-office in Tempe, AZ.
  • Choose your shift: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
